MARKETING

This project was commissioned by Edmonton Police Service and was a forward-facing piece of marketing outlining EPS’ strategic community plans for the next 4 years.

My role was to take the approved content and create a concept that could easily translate all the many goals, dates and timelines for the general public to understand.

I broke it down into three deliverables - a printed poster, a printed booklet and a digital booklet for online.

PRINT AND DIGITAL BOOKLET

The 13x19 poster (top image) folded down and tucked into a flap in the back of the printed booklet.

I created a colour coding system to help differentiate the three different areas of focus (green, pink and orange). For the timeline, I used a circle instead of the traditional straight line, since there was a lot of information that had to fit on a poster size piece of paper.

Simplifying this data and presenting it in bite-sized pieces of information was the challenge with this project. I’m really happy with the way it turned out.
