Throughout my two years with Sugarlash PRO as their Brand Design Manager, I worked on a multitude of campaigns promoting product, events, education and sales. Sugarlash PRO was a really small company when i joined, so I would do such a wide variety of jobs including website design, packaging design, art direction, film directing, social media marketing, and online advertising.
Below is my favourite campaign for the launch of the LashPro Academy online courses called ‘Career In A Box’. It was submitted to ACE for an award.
The concept behind this campaign was to use the idea of a Barbie box with her accessories, and instead create a lash Barbie with everything she needs in her Academy course in the box.
With Barbie you would have her hairbrush, clothes etc, we put in the box everything that comes in the kit when you sign up for the online courses.
The box was constructed life-size, the models stood instead the box and held cut-out’s of the products which were then photoshopped in and scaled up.

‘The Career in a Box’ was a campaign used to launch and market the new online eyelash extension training programs. There were three courses - The Classic Course, The Volume Course and The Lash Lift Course. The campaign was used on the LashPRO Academy and Sugarlash PRO websites, on social media, paid digital advertising and flyers in thousands of shipping boxes.
